Poor costumer service

Hey guys and gals this is about the issue i have had with surplus arms and ammo. so back in December i had purchased a AR-15 upper from them i was told it would be shipped in 3 business days well it was more like 12 days no biggie at this point for the price id wait. so i got it assembled and was very excited  to get out to the range and shoot my new firearm but instead of fun i had nothing but trouble it was jamming bad like every-other round i tried 3 different brands of ammo and 4 different magazines still jamming at this point i was done so i went home tore down the rifle and there it was the upper was flawed what had happened was the wrong barrel extension was used by the way did i mention this was a replacement for the first defective upper lol yeah so i called them up they said that it should be fine i said no it needs to be fixed so they said to send it in they would check it well i sent it back their mess up yet i had to pay for the return so 4 days had passed no word so i called them to see what was going on i was told it was fine lol i said test it again and yes it failed so they was going to replace it but no they decided to grind the feed ramps and said they was going smooth them out they sent me a e-mail saying it has been sent back to me and i thought it was fixed and it wasn't when i got it back it looked worse but i tried it same problem so called them back i was on hold for 35 minutes nobody came back to the phone so i called back it was busy the rest of the day called next day same thing ended up having to get rid of the upper so basically im done with SAA firearms i will never buy from them again and if anybody ask about them id tell them to check out some better quality company's with better customer service the moral is cheaper is not always better .

Hello I'm Chris and I'm from Ohio i started this blog to share my love of firearms with others who feel the same  in hopes of breaking the myths that firearm are evil the people who commit the crimes with them is the only evil thing about firearms so every time you hear a news report or a politician ranting for gun control just remember its not the guns that is the problem its the user and that person will still commit crime with or without a firearm and even if they pass firearm control laws we the people that follow the laws are going to be the only ones without a firearm because criminals well their criminals they don't follow the law so even if you don't like firearms just remember someday a firearm may just save your life
